Regulation: Bonapp is responsible for complying with the financial-services, AML/KYC and data-protection rules that apply in the jurisdictions where it operates, following FATF guidelines. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform is lawful where they live.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Bonapp ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to open an account. The Platform may not be available in certain jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with local laws.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

To comply with international AML regulations, we require identity verification for transactions exceeding certain thresholds or for any suspicious activity. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during the verification process. Failure to comply may result in account suspension and withheld funds.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions are processed in cryptocurrency. You are responsible for sending funds to the correct deposit address. We are not liable for funds sent to an incorrect address. Withdrawals are subject to processing times, security checks, and daily limits.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication and reviewing your active sessions regularly. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to financial losses, system failures, or cyberattacks.
